Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job advertisement in various channels to attract candidates and promote company branding.
  • Talent sourcing by identifying, searching and engaging candidates during the hiring process.
  • Conduct an interview and shortlist candidates by using interview techniques to hire the right candidate for the job.
  • Negotiate a job offer to candidate with a compensation and benefits package.
  • Determine and propose the competitive remuneration package to candidates based on job scope, responsibilities, experiences and position level. 
  • Develop recruiting process by expanding talent acquisition channels and monitoring recruitment trends analysis.
  • Work closely with business unit in provides consultation and make recommendations for training and developing programs to employees.
  • Coordinate with training institution and training agencies to send employees to participate in external training programs.
  • Conduct and assist trainers in conducting training activities and keep record in training evaluation from & documents.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related  fields
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR professional/ HR specialist in talent acquisition, recruitment or training 
  • Required core competencies: deciding making, driving for results, inclusiveness, courage, conflict management, people management, ownership
  • Required key skills: resilience, learning agility, problem solving, communication, good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written communication

Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve the problemspromptly.
  • Identify the significant changes on customers such as shareholder change, new investment, strategic adjustment, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities to acquire prospects and expand market in every industry
  • Complete credit due diligence process for the customers.
  • Follow the drawdown process and instruct the ARM to follow.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or any other related fields
  • A minimum 10 years of hands-on experiences in leasing product or loan product in banking industry or financial institution
  • Solid knowledge and in-depth understanding ofleasingbusiness
  • Having a vision of business development by acquiring new customers and seeking for new business opportunities while enhancing the relationships with existing customers

Responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Manager to contact and visit existing customers regularly
  • Collect information and inform Relationship Manager to serve customers effectively

  • Collect documents for credit application, i.e. company file, F/S, NCB, KYC etc.
  • Submit credit analysis to Operations Management Department, then to the Bank for risk review
  • Prepare documents and follow the drawdown process, i.e. complete the pre-condition, coordinate with Operations Management Department to prepare contract, circulate to customers for signing and follow up the process completion.
  • Update the repayment record from Operations Management Department or Collection Department
  • Assist Relationship Manager to update and follow up the condition of collateral, insurance, ensure the validity of mortgage and insurance
  • Assist Relationship Manager to update the company documents and collect information for annual review.
  • Assist Relationship Manager to monitor the repayment (from ICBCTL’s repayment record and NCB report)and prepare the post lending report of customers.
  • Assist Operations Management Department to check and collect documents that they need.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or any other related fields
  • A minimum 3 years of hands-on experiences in marketing support and operationsin banking industry or financial institution
  • Solid knowledge and in-depth understanding ofleasingindustry or banking industry
  • Able to connect with customers and other parties with ease
